Former Nickelodeon star Alexa Nikolas, who starred in the comedy-drama Zoey 101 from 2005 to 2006, alleged that Jonah Hill kissed her without her consent when she was 16 and he was 24. The Superbad actor’s legal team has already fired back.

Hill’s attorney, Martin Singer, called the story “a complete fabrication” in a statement on Tuesday 11 July 2023. “It never happened,” Singer continued, claiming the report was “based on a source who is demonstrably unreliable.”

Singer went on to add, “Your source is a serial accuser who has made assorted accusations against multiple men in the entertainment industry. That includes a claim she made for ‘sexual assault’ against her ex-husband that she later voluntarily withdrew after she got some media attention.”

One of the other men within the entertainment industry Nikolas has spoken out about is Zoey 101 creator Dan Schneider. During an appearance on Victoria Garrick Browne’s podcast Real Pod, the former actress explained how Schneider would often insist on being present during wardrobe fittings, demanding polaroids of the girls’ often revealing outfits.

The actress, who is now 31 years old, first shared her allegations on Twitter Saturday 8 July, writing that Hill “shoved his tongue” down her throat at a house party. “I was a child so I obviously felt scared and angry,” she later told Page Six. “Sadly, this wasn’t the first time I’ve been assaulted or objectified as a child.”

Nikolas explained that she was inspired by Hill’s ex-girlfriend Sarah Brady, a professional surfer who recently shared a series of text messages, allegedly from Hill, asking that she delete certain photos from her Instagram account and refrain from “surfing with men” to respect his relationship “boundaries.”

In her series of Instagram stories, Brady also accused her ex of being an “emotionally abusive,” “misogynist narcissist.”

In her Twitter thread, the Zoey 101 actress added: “I’ve been traumatized by men in Hollywood. It’s truly sad the traumatic events I have lodged in my body and mind. Things have to change.”
