A woman in blackface recently showed up at a Target store in Colorado, US. That sentence itself is outrageous enough, but wait until you hear just how crazy the rest of this story is.

As soon as Ersilia Campbell made her way into a Target in the Aurora area of the state, she found a (very unfortunate) store employee and demanded to be pointed towards the Pride section. The employee explained that since Pride month is over, she wouldn’t be able to find section the dedicated section.

For some reason, this seemed to anger Campbell who then proceeded to share the absolutely ridiculous theory that the LGBTQIA+ community has hijacked the American flag with the Pride flag. Riiight.

In the video, you can hear that the employee who’s filming Campbell is clearly taken aback by the fact that she’s wearing blackface, making sure to explain to her that she is a horrible person. To this, Campbell retorted that what she’s doing is no different from news anchor Lester Holt dressing up for Halloween as Susan Boyle, a white woman.

But her work wasn’t done. On another day, Campbell also went to a Starbucks, with Trump stickers emblazoned on her shirt as she moaned that she was fired from the post office. TMZ reported that she apparently “got the axe from the P.O. back in February, but she must’ve caused a similar stink there, because a trespassing notice was posted Tuesday alerting employees to call the Postal Inspection Service if she showed up again.”

Campbell also ranted against her former coworkers online, calling them “some of the loneliest, miserable, trashiest, lazy people in my life.”

Right back at you.
