Shortly after, on 9 November 2023, Palmer requested for a restraining order against Jackson, which was granted, and sought temporary custody of their son. The request was prompted by an alleged incident on 5 November, where Palmer claimed: “He trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, then physically attacked me.” The actress included screenshots of surveillance video depicting Jackson’s alleged trespassing in her court documents. Jackson, however, contends that the photos and video are “misleading.”

Surprisingly, in a counterclaim submitted on 15 December, Jackson responded to Palmer’s request for a temporary restraining order, asserting that she “repeatedly engaged in abusive conduct” and consistently “acted as the primary aggressor” throughout their two-year relationship. Palmer, 30, and her ex-boyfriend, Jackson, 29, share a nine-month-old son named Leodis Andrellton.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jackson alleges that Palmer would often become agitated and aggressive, particularly after consuming alcohol, leading to instances of abuse spanning several years. He recounts an incident at a birthday party in 2021 where Palmer, after drinking, reportedly punched him in the face. Jackson asserts that Palmer’s friend attempted to intervene, and he claims to have text messages from his ex-partner apologising for the assault.

The legal narrative continues with Jackson detailing an alleged attack during his birthday celebration in Cancún in January 2022, leaving bruises on his body. In February 2022, he claims Palmer attacked him again, this time choking and hitting him inside her home after consuming alcohol. The filing concludes with an incident in March 2023 where Palmer allegedly became angry about an overflowing shower, blamed Jackson, and verbally berated him.

Throughout the tumultuous relationship, Jackson claims Palmer would send a barrage of emails, alternating between lashing out and offering apologies. The legal proceedings between Palmer and Jackson have been contentious, with the actress previously obtaining a temporary restraining order against Jackson and temporary sole custody of their child. Now, Jackson is seeking his own protection, requesting a judge to consider his petition concurrently with the ongoing hearings about Palmer’s allegations. He aims to secure an order requiring Palmer to stay 100 yards away from him.

As the courtroom drama unfolds, it remains to be seen how this chapter in the Palmer-Jackson saga will further unfold.
