Whether you’re team silver or team gold, it’s crucial to note that a bangle here or there can bring together any outfit. And with summer in full swing, our drip isn’t being hidden behind the woolly scarves and bobble hats we need in winter.

As with most new brands nowadays, our new favourite jewellers come straight from Instagram. Brands like Monica Vinader, Astrid & Miyu and Missoma have got the fashion girlies in a chokehold. Not only do they look good but they won’t leave grubby green marks on your skin.

The trend for the past few years has definitely been along the lines of the more the better, with stacking being the number one jewellery trend. When Coco Chanel said: “Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take at least one thing off,” she clearly hadn’t shopped on Instagram. If you ask us, there is no such thing as over accessorising.

Personalised jewellery is all the rage this summer, and we’re big fans. If you ask us, everyone should wear a name-bearing necklace, there is nothing worse than forgetting someone’s name halfway through a conversation.

Horoscopes and zodiac signs are a divisive topic, but whether you believe in astrology or not, one thing is for certain any of these options are bound to look good on you. Even if you’re not a crystal girlie, they can pass as just being a nice bit of statement jewellery.

Just one necklace is never enough, we want chains upon chains dangling. While they do look good, they can end up in a tangle by the end of the day—but the sparkle is always worth it.

4. Stackable earrings

When it comes to jewellery, more or less anything can be stacked, depending on your mood. If you were brave enough to get multiple piercings, why not give mix and matching a go?
